We are committed to getting your high-quality equestrian products to you as efficiently as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. Please contact us at [email protected] to confirm availability for your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within a specified timeframe.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In new, unused, and original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Bits & Accessories: Due to their personal nature and contact with the horse’s mouth.
  • Bell Boots & Brushing Boots: Once used, they conform to the horse’s leg and cannot be resold.
  • Belly Bands & Breastplates: Leather goods that break in and mold with use.
  • Apparel & Breeches: If the hygiene tags have been removed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template provided below to include all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s), writing the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed and approved.

  • Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we approve your return. The credit will appear on your statement depending on your bank’s policies.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval and will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Exchanges: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
